Admissions Process
Ready to apply?
- Submit your online application. Vital records such as birth certificates and immunization records will be requested along with the application. An application fee applies.
- CCA will request records from your student’s previous school. Academic and behavioral records will be used to determine admission status.
- An admissions test will be scheduled through the school office. Test results will be considered along with academic records for placement.
- After testing results have been reviewed, school administration will conduct an interview with each family.
- Upon interview completion, families will complete an online enrollment packet and pay registration fees. Tuition set-up will then be completed via the FACTS portal.
- Students will be enrolled in classes, provided materials, and become part of the CCA Family.
