Parent's Corner
Important Information
We believe that dress standards and uniforms play a crucial role in creating a focused and respectful learning environment. These standards have been updated as of the 2024-2025 school year. Uniforms help to minimize distractions, promote unity, and reflect the values of discipline and modesty that are integral to our Christian mission. Adhering to these standards ensures that students can concentrate on their studies and personal growth. Additionally, for convenience and school spirit, our school merchandise website offers a variety of approved clothing items and accessories, allowing students and families to easily access quality uniforms and show their school pride.

School supplies are organized by grade and detailed in the document below for easy reference. Additionally, from April to June, we offer a convenient option through First Day, where parents can order all necessary supplies bundled together, ensuring students are well-prepared for the upcoming school year without the hassle of shopping for individual items.
The safety and efficiency of our carline are paramount, especially as our campus continues to grow. We emphasize the importance of everyone knowing and adhering to the established procedures to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all. By working together and following the guidelines, we can maintain a safe environment for our students and staff, allowing our community to function seamlessly during arrivals and departures.
At Community Christian Academy, we do not provide a cooked lunch service on campus. Students are welcome to bring their own lunches from home or participate in the My Hot Lunchbox program, which offers convenient meal options. Please note that we do not accept third-party food deliveries, such as Grubhub, to ensure a streamlined and secure lunch process for everyone.
Please see the attached information about signing up and using the My Hot Lunchbox (MHL) program! Here are a few quick tips:
This is a third party program. All orders must be completed through the MHL portal and will not be able to be manipulated by CCA staff. CCA staff will not be able to take payments or change orders in any circumstance. Please see attached links for cancellation/refund information.
There will continue to be no other outside deliveries through GrubHub, DoorDash, etc. MHL is the only delivery service we will utilize. Parents can still drop off lunches to the school, as long as they are on time for the students’ scheduled lunch period.
Lunches will be distributed to students during their appropriate lunch period in the cafeteria area(s).
At Community Christian Academy, we believe that community service is a fundamental aspect of our students' education and personal development. Serving others not only reflects our Christian values but also fosters a sense of responsibility, empathy, and civic engagement. As such, we require all high school students to complete a designated number of community service hours as a prerequisite for graduation. This requirement ensures that our graduates leave with a well-rounded education and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in their communities.
Students participating in National Honors Society will also be required to submit additional service hours to maintain membership. Please note that this does not coincide with the Family Service Plan for enrolled families.

Our advisement staff is dedicated to supporting our seniors in their journey toward higher education. We have gathered an array of resources to assist students with college applications, securing scholarships, and obtaining financial aid. Our goal is to equip each student with the tools and guidance needed to navigate the college admission process successfully and to access the financial support necessary to pursue their academic aspirations.
The importance of a transparent and inclusive community where everyone's voice is heard is essential to the success of CCA. As such, parents have options for communication with school leadership. A Coffee Conversation is an informal gathering designed for parents to meet with board members and administrative leadership to discuss school improvement and innovative ideas. It is a collaborative forum aimed at enhancing the overall educational experience and addressing broad school-related topics.
In contrast, a Conference Request is a formal meeting specifically arranged to address concerns or issues related to an individual student's academic progress, behavior, or other personal matters. This meeting involves the administration and focuses on providing support and solutions tailored to the student's needs. Effective communication in these meetings ensures that parents and administrators work together to support the student's success.
